A Big Thank You

In October of this year I was unfortunate to have an accident in my car, first one in 19 years of driving mind you but fortunately we were both ok. I was upset about what had happened and was concerned about the inconvenience it was about to cause having to deal with the insurers. James Bellamy a work colleague of mine and also one of your fellow members of this BNI group told me of someone who he knew that could sort me out. James called him straight away and organised for my car to be picked up as soon as the insurance company had authorised him to do so as they wanted my car to go to Manchester but the advantage of using Stuart was he was local and he also offered me a courtesy car which came as a huge relief to me seen as my husband works weird shift patterns. He told me what to say to my insurers but I must admit was slightly apprehensive on how they would react when I told them I didn�t want my car to go to their repairers as I was unaware of me having the choice, but they were absolutely fine about it. Upon Stuart�s advice my car was picked up at soon as he had someone free to do so and also they picked it up from my house, the car was driveable but all the same I didn�t fancy driving it. The service Stuart provided was second to none, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my colleagues, friends or family. He offers a first class service and kept me abreast of all developments every step of the way. One thing you will always get from Stuart that you wouldn�t get from these big insurance car repair centres, and that is his personal touch approach to your concerns. I felt I could ring him anytime and he would do his upmost to help no matter how big or how small the issue was. The work done on the car was in my opinion of a very high standard and now I don�t have any stone chips in my bonnet at all (a real bug bare of mine.) Although at times my insurers seemed to want to save money on a few things, Stuart wouldn�t have let that happen. I would like to ask you all too please bear Stuart from JSM in mind for the future should you, your friends or family need any car body repair work done as I can honestly say it was a seamless and stress less experience. Thanks To All The Staff

Stuart made the whole ordeal that much easier - I called him half an hour after my crash and by lunchtime I had a courtesy car sitting at the office and my car was in for repairs. Thanks to all the staff at JSM who were great throughout.

I would not like to state publicly how many times I have used your services over the past 18 months but what I will say is my car looks as good as new after its recent bump - which, incidentally, was not my fault. With your usual efficiency, you took care of all the legal and insurance aspects and the obligatory hire car, causing me absolutely no stress whatsoever. Your service was all I have come to value - efficient, courteous and highly competent. Again I am delighted with the finished product. Your paint sprayer is acquainted with virtually every panel of my car now. Indeed, the repairs have cost more than the car is worth. And the end product is car bodywork I can be really proud of. Thanks Again

This is a note to thank you for introducing me to JSM for the repair of my vehicle. Stewart bent over backwards to help me, gave me a suitable courtesy car (I was away in Scotland on a trip with clients and the vehicle was more than apt) and my car was returned cleaned throughout and mint in terms of its condition: a condition I might add that it has not seen it was driven out of the showroom! Thanks again - I will certainly pass on his details to my other Partners who require a similar service as when returning lease vehicles, on expiry of their leases, this is ideal for preparing the cars in advance and mitigating the risk of receiving a surprise and sometimes inflated invoice for vehicle defects.
