Over the past few months we have had the misfortune to suffer from 3 accidents with our company vehicles. One was minor but the other two, particularly my new Astra, had quite serious bodywork damage. You gave all 3 vehicles consistent care and attention that made me immediately feel at ease as I knew they were in safe hands. You arranged a hire car for me which you delivered to my door, as well as the Insurance claim where my only involvement was to sign a form.
