A Big Thank You
In October of this year I was unfortunate to have an accident in my car, first one in 19 years of driving mind you but fortunately we were both ok. I was upset about what had happened and was concerned about the inconvenience it was about to cause having to deal with the insurers.
James Bellamy a work colleague of mine and also one of your fellow members of this BNI group told me of someone who he knew that could sort me out. James called him straight away and organised for my car to be picked up as soon as the insurance company had authorised him to do so as they wanted my car to go to Manchester but the advantage of using Stuart was he was local and he also offered me a courtesy car which came as a huge relief to me seen as my husband works weird shift patterns. He told me what to say to my insurers but I must admit was slightly apprehensive on how they would react when I told them I didnï¿½t want my car to go to their repairers as I was unaware of me having the choice, but they were absolutely fine about it.
Upon Stuartï¿½s advice my car was picked up at soon as he had someone free to do so and also they picked it up from my house, the car was driveable but all the same I didnï¿½t fancy driving it.
The service Stuart provided was second to none, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my colleagues, friends or family. He offers a first class service and kept me abreast of all developments every step of the way. One thing you will always get from Stuart that you wouldnï¿½t get from these big insurance car repair centres, and that is his personal touch approach to your concerns. I felt I could ring him anytime and he would do his upmost to help no matter how big or how small the issue was. The work done on the car was in my opinion of a very high standard and now I donï¿½t have any stone chips in my bonnet at all (a real bug bare of mine.) Although at times my insurers seemed to want to save money on a few things, Stuart wouldnï¿½t have let that happen.
I would like to ask you all too please bear Stuart from JSM in mind for the future should you, your friends or family need any car body repair work done as I can honestly say it was a seamless and stress less experience.

This is a note to thank you for introducing me to JSM for the repair of my vehicle.
Stewart bent over backwards to help me, gave me a suitable courtesy car (I was away in Scotland on a trip with clients and the vehicle was more than apt) and my car was returned cleaned throughout and mint in terms of its condition: a condition I might add that it has not seen it was driven out of the showroom!
Thanks again - I will certainly pass on his details to my other Partners who require a similar service as when returning lease vehicles, on expiry of their leases, this is ideal for preparing the cars in advance and mitigating the risk of receiving a surprise and sometimes inflated invoice for vehicle defects.

In July this year I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a road traffic accident that was no fault of my own. Knowing that even though I was not to blame, if I went through my insurance company I would probably still loose out, I was advised to contact Stuart from JSM Vehicle Solutions.
Within a matter of hours Stuart had inspected my vehicle and taken a detailed account of how the accident had occurred. He then contacted an accident specialist solicitor who would act on my behalf to recover any losses and repair my vehicle without inconvenience or cost to myself and without involving my insurance company.
Stuart arranged for an independent assessor to look at my vehicle on his business premises and ensured he was present to make sure that the vehicle would be repaired properly and not just as cheaply as possible. He then arranged a convenient day for me to leave the vehicle with him for repair and I was provided a superb replacement hire car (which to be honest was far better than my own).
Having an accident can be an upsetting time and can cause great inconvenience however having gone to Stuart he took all the stress away and the whole process ran extremely smoothly. When my vehicle was returned to me it was fully repaired as new and sparkling clean inside and out. I would thoroughly recommend Stuart and JSM Vehicle Solutions. Thank you Stuart.

I recently had cause to utilise the services of JSM Vehicle Solutions for repairs to the rear of one of the company vans.
I was impressed with the level of enthusiasm shown by Stuart McDonald and his team. The whole place seemed to have a very friendly and helpful feel about it. Whilst he was assessing the repairs he explained about some of the other vehicles he was repairing. He speaks with a great passion and pride for his work. I knew I was in the right place.
From examination of the vehicle, to the final repair, I was kept informed at every stage and given honest assessments of the work required and the prices.
As the repair was cosmetic and not covered by insurance, Stuart discussed options as to how I could carry out the repairs in the most economical way.

I just wanted to write to say thank you for helping our client following a road traffic accident.
Our client was hit by a third party whose vehicle may not have been insured. To ensure a speedy repair service we instructed JSM to contact the client and assess the damage.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Stuart and his team at JSM for giving me "my" car back. After many years of trouble free driving, I managed to acquire two dings in separate reversing manoeuvres within six months, which were a constant irritation to me. My car had also badly faded in the sun, as red cars have a tendency to.
Repairing the damage through my insurers would have meant the car being a write-off due to the cost, so Stuart explained to me how the repair could be carried out, the various options available, and left me to decide.
My car went in for repair, and I was lent a car for the duration. My car is now back with me, shiny red, no bumps, and it even got a full valet! When I pulled out of a junction a few weeks ago and a speeding 16 year old motorcyclist went over my bonnet, after establishing that no one was seriously injured it was just pride and metal that were needing attention, my first thought was how the heck am I going to get this sorted and what an absolute pain! I had just started a new job in Leeds that same week, the accident couldn't have come at a worse time.
I came home and rang Stuart straight away and explained what had happened he told me not to worry & that he would sort it all out and guess what that's EXACTLY what happened! By the next morning I had a replacement hire car on the drive and my car had gone off to his garage for assessment & repair.

Having your car out of action first thing in the morning mid-week is like having your legs chopped off and pre-booked planned sales appointments around the North West, thrown out the window.
Stuart saved my day, evening, week and my faith in human nature.
Fearing some heavy costs with my fan belt in shreds on the Preston FC car park floor. The powered steering had failed and the dash board indicator warned me of a problem with my alternator and battery!
Stuart offered his help with a mechanical repair garage owner he knew.
Unfortunately the mechanic was not available as he had to go to hospital
Stuart kindly took me back to his workshop. As part of his accident management service he lent me a fantastic courtesy car until my car was repaired. I then followed Mark, a colleague of Steve in the JSM monster truck, towing a vehicle trailer back to my car at Preston FC to be recovered. The JSM team ordered the necessary part and carried out mechanical repairs to my car the same day with a phone call, by the end of play, letting me know it was ready for collection the next morning.
The price I was charged, as a fellow BNI member, was a third of what I was expecting. Also included but not charged for - a Courtesy car with only 7,000 miles on the clock and emergency breakdown recovery which was quicker than the AA or RAC.
The immediate help I received from Stuart and his multi-skilled team I cannot recommend highly enough for both bodywork and mechanical repairs. I can't thank you enough Stuart and your team for all your help and expert professionalism.

He canied out the initial assessment from photographs. When the van went in the following day, 24 hours after the accident, they had already ordered the rear light cluster. He fitted the light there and then, so that the van was road legal, whilst we awaited a suitable time to complete the repairs.
When the van went in for repair we were given a large panel van to use so that there was no break for the business.
When we collected the van it had been repaired very professionally and within the timescale Stuart had said it would take.

Absolute fantastic service from start to finish. We brought in my wife's car from after it was badly vandalised (covered in break fluid or some other corrosive substance) and it turned out to be one of the best recommendations I have ever had.
Once I contacted the insurance company and got a claim number (informing them also that I wished to us a nominated repair company - JSM) Stuart and his team dealt with the rest on our behalf from the moment my wife dropped the car off (and got a cracking courtesy car too) to collecting it looking brand new.
It was not just the brilliant re-spray job that was first class but the complete package, the advice, the dealing with the Insurance company (which in itself is ï¿½tryingï¿½ to say the least) , the courtesy car and also the continued communications (in our case with Cat in the office).
I obviously hope never to have to deal with Stuart (nothing personal J) and JSM again but that is only because it will only mean needing another repair job but they will be the first I recommend should any of my friends or colleagues ever need automotive repairs.
