I wanted to give some feedback about JSM. They collected my car last Tuesday and called ahead to let me know when they were coming, they also asked if I was ok with the courtesy car they were supplying but I asked for a different car as I'd never driven an automatic. This was no problem at all so a different car was provided. On collecting my car I asked how long it would be and was told probably about a week, I received a call on Friday evening to say my car was ready & could they bring it back. Stuart brought my car back himself despite recovering from a recent operation, he arrived at about 7.30pm. They have done a brilliant job, it came back gleaming & you wouldn't know there had been any damage to it. For Stuart to go out of his way on a Friday night is second to none and I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with what they have done.

Absolute fantastic service from start to finish. I was recommended to contact �Stu Mac� by the garage we bought my wife�s car from after it was badly vandalised (covered in break fluid or some other corrosive substance) and it turned out to be one of the best recommendations I have ever had.

Once I contacted the insurance company and got a claim number (informing them also that I wished to us a nominated repair company - JSM) Stuart and his team dealt with the rest on our behalf from the moment my wife dropped the car off (and got a cracking courtesy car too) to collecting it looking brand new.

I recently had cause to utilise the services ofJSM Vehicle solutions for repairs to the rear of one of the company vans, (not for the first time).

I was impressed with the level of enthusiasm shown by Stuart McDonaId and his team. The whole place seemed to have a very fiiendly and helpful feel about it. He canied out the initial assessment from photographs. When the van went in the following day, 24 hours after the accident, they had already ordered the rear light cluster. He fitted the light there and then, so that the van was road legal, whilst we awaited a suitable time to complete the repairs.

When the van went in for repair we were given a large panel van to use so that there was no break for the business.

When we collected the van it had been repaired very professionally and within the timescale Stuart had said it would take.

Having your car out of action first thing in the morning mid-week is like having your legs chopped off and pre-booked planned sales appointments around the North West, thrown out the window.

Stuart saved my day, evening, week and my faith in human nature.

Fearing some heavy costs with my fan belt in shreds on the Preston FC car park floor. The powered steering had failed and the dash board indicator warned me of a problem with my alternator and battery!

Stuart offered his help with a mechanical repair garage owner he knew.

Unfortunately the mechanic was not available as he had to go to hospital

Stuart kindly took me back to his workshop. As part of his accident management service he lent me a fantastic courtesy car until my car was repaired. I then followed Mark, a colleague of Steve in the JSM monster truck, towing a vehicle trailer back to my car at Preston FC to be recovered. The JSM team ordered the necessary part and carried out mechanical repairs to my car the same day with a phone call, by the end of play, letting me know it was ready for collection the next morning.

The price I was charged, as a fellow BNI member, was a third of what I was expecting. Also included but not charged for - a Courtesy car with only 7,000 miles on the clock and emergency breakdown recovery which was quicker than the AA or RAC.

The immediate help I received from Stuart and his multi-skilled team I cannot recommend highly enough for both bodywork and mechanical repairs. I can't thank you enough Stuart and your team for all your help and expert professionalism.

When I pulled out of a junction a few weeks ago and a speeding 16 year old motorcyclist went over my bonnet, after establishing that no one was seriously injured it was just pride and metal that were needing attention, my first thought was how the heck am I going to get this sorted and what an absolute pain! I had just started a new job in Leeds that same week, the accident couldn't have come at a worse time.

I came home and rang Stuart straight away and explained what had happened he told me not to worry & that he would sort it all out and guess what that's EXACTLY what happened! How refreshing it was to have someone do exactly what they said they would. By the next morning I had a replacement hire car on the drive and my car had gone off to his garage for assessment & repair.

Stuart's team contacted me the same day and unfortunately on this occasion couldn't assist on a non-fault claim basis as I had pulled out of the junction. Stuart worked with my insurance company providing comprehensive quotes for the work.

Stuart did all that he could to ensure my claim progressed painlessly and acted with just the right amount of empathy and humour and at all times was professional in his dealings with me and also my insurer.

In July this year I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a road traffic accident that was no fault of my own. Knowing that even though I was not to blame, if I went through my insurance company I would probably still loose out, I was advised to contact Stuart from JSM Vehicle Solutions.

Within a matter of hours Stuart had inspected my vehicle and taken a detailed account of how the accident had occurred. He then contacted an accident specialist solicitor who would act on my behalf to recover any losses and repair my vehicle without inconvenience or cost to myself and without involving my insurance company.

Stuart arranged for an independent assessor to look at my vehicle on his business premises and ensured he was present to make sure that the vehicle would be repaired properly and not just as cheaply as possible. In October of this year I was unfortunate to have an accident in my car, first one in 19 years of driving mind you but fortunately we were both ok. I was upset about what had happened and was concerned about the inconvenience it was about to cause having to deal with the insurers.

Over the past few months we have had the misfortune to suffer from 3 accidents with our company vehicles. One was minor but the other two, particularly my new Astra, had quite serious bodywork damage. In January this year, I was involved in an accident at the corner of Black Bull Lane and King's Drive. I was stationary waiting to turn left when a car came fast round the corner and struck the off side of my van. It was Friday evening about 7.00pm and despite being rather shaken, I managed to drive home slowly. On my return home, I rang your business partner who I had met through another BNI connection and told him of my dilemma - he asked me to bring the van into the garage the next morning. After a thorough check of my vehicle, he advised me not to drive it and gave me a lift back home. He said I would be entitled to a courtesy vehicle. Within 4 hours you arrived with my courtesy vehicle and after completion of some very simple forms, you told me I would have this vehicle for the duration of the repairs. I was therefore able to carry on with my business the following Monday. In addition to carrying out a first class repair, you also helped me through the claims process. You organised a solicitor to contact me and sure enough I got a phonecall on the Monday. Not only has your company got my van back to tip-top condition, it has also taken away the stress and worry of having an accident. I shall have no hesitation in recommending J.S.M in the future.

I recently had a minor bump in my wife's car and did a small amount of damage to the rear bumper. It was not enough damage to make out an insurance claim but the mark spoilt the whole look of the car. Having assessed the damage, you very quickly took the car in and provided me with a courtesy car. During the repair period, you contacted me to tell me some bad news - the bumper was in fact cracked at the back and was in need of replacing. With your many contacts, you managed to locate a rear bumper and replaced it at no extra charge as there was no filling or major preparation to do. Recently one of my clients was involved in a hit and run accident when the other party disappeared so fast that their details to this day remain unknown. As it was a business vehicle my client needed the vehicle to be repaired as soon as possible but obviously as the third party was unknown the 'insurance solution' to this accident was going to cost him both the policy excess and the loss of no claims bonus. When my client contacted me I advised him that with the policy excess and premium change he would be looking at an additional cost in year one of �750 and a cost on year two of about �200. I referred my client to Stuart to see if he could help and using his network of some 200 pre-used parts suppliers he managed to find my client replacement parts at a fraction of their new cost and effected a complete repair of the vehicle for some �600. Not only was this a good saving for my client against an insurance claim but Stuart was also able to have the vehicle repaired immediately. When I provide a referral I do like to find out the outcome and so last week I called my client and asked him how he had got on with JSM and what was the quality of the repair work. Having got to know Stuart it was of no surprise to me that my client had received good service and he was completely happy with the repair.
